From the first time we met Kathy, we knew we were in great hands. Her approach is gentle but her style is firm. She was thoughtful about repairs we should do before listing our home – taking budget into consideration, but also knowing we wanted to maximize the sales price.

My favorite part of working with Kathy was her FREE STAGING – like most sellers, I thought our house looked beautiful but the stagers brought it to a whole new level. The staging made our house feel like the lobby of a posh hotel. That extra work was well worth it.

In the end, Kathy listed our house at a price that was competitive but drew TONS of buyers. She sold it for well over our asking price with multiple offers and she lead us through what would have a very hectic transaction with very little stress. She made it all feel like a walk in the park and I’m sorry we moved away because we loved her that much. She sets the bar VERY HIGH for all future agents.
