I am that person who is skeptical of realtors – Barry and Denise Hengrove

Because I have bought and sold many houses, I am that person who is skeptical of realtors. I contacted Kathy for my last home sale because she was knowledgable and familiar with the area with which I was concerned. However, I was not an easy client and was fairly demanding and had high expectations.  I will say, of all the realtors I have employed, Kathy was by far the best. She is a smart, tough negotiator but still maintains an engaging personality and an excellent understanding of people. In short I would employ her again and recommend her without reservation.
