Northgate 2019 Full Year Sales Report

Our Northgate 2019 Full Year Sales Report is here! 153 homes were sold in Northgate in 2019 vs. 134 in 2018 (according to our local MLS).
The average sale price was $1.265M vs. $1.224M in 2018. Average price per square foot was $541 (vs. $535 in 2018) and average days on market was 18 (vs. 19 in 2018).
Although there was a 3% increase in the average sales price, the number of Northgate homes sold increased by 14% and average price per square foot increased by only 1%. It's too soon to say whether these data portend a shift towards a Buyers' market. At this early point in the new year, demand for Northgate homes remains high. I am in contact with agents every day who are seeking Northgate homes for their clients. We need more homes to sell ASAP!
