Kathy did an extraordinary job of selling my mom's house. My mother was not able to assist her in many ways and I live out of state, but between the three of us we got the job done, and quickly too! Kathy managed all the private contractors who had to be let in and out of the home and referred back to me for payment. Everyone she recommended did a good job. I really appreciated how communicative Kathy was through out the process. She kept me in touch with what was happening at all times.
