We had to sell our parent’s home, and don’t live nearby. Kathy and her team were amazing. She knows the market, what it takes to sell, has the contacts for local painters, stagers, etc., and served as the project manager for us. When she and her team was done, the house looked amazing, and we received several good offers in 5 days. If you need a realtor in this market, Kathy should definitely be on your list. I’d give her 6 stars if I could!
