I had some unique issues in selling my home. I was told Kathy can pretty much take over preparation work, and this proved to be true. She involved me in decisions about what to do and who to use, but took a tremendous amount of the work off me so I could focus on the move. Most of the contractors she used were from Northgate, as is Kathy, so I had people who are familiar with and love the neighborhood. No move is painless, but I think she got this one as close to it as possible. I think she got a fair price for the home, and hope my buyers feel the same. And the home staging she contracted for was just incredible! I’m now a true believer in staging.
