Megan Carpenter – Home Search Specialist

Megan comes from a real estate family and has been a licensed agent since 2007. Prior to her career in real estate, she gained valuable experience from working at Google for several years, as well as working as a high school English teacher in Danville. Although immensely grateful for the knowledge she gained from her previous roles, Megan found her true passion in real estate.

Megan values customer service above all else and has a relentless passion for finding her clients their ideal home. She takes great pride in being available around the clock, and believes that clients deserve constant communication and superior care. She’s also a keen negotiator and knows how to fight for her buyers.

Megan has lived in the Bay Area for the past 25 years. Her and her husband love the endless opportunities offered here, and cannot imagine living anywhere else.

Debi Hart – Transaction Coordinator

Debi Hart has been supporting agents in real estate practice for the past five years and has been with the Northgate Team for two and a half years. Prior to working in real estate she supervised Customer and Sales support teams for Unisource Worldwide, a large distribution company.

Debi has been a licensed real estate agent since 2013, however she enjoys working behind the scenes supporting the Northgate Team and its clients by coordinating the high volume of required documents and reports for each escrow transaction. She is critical to the job of collecting, organizing and filing all contract documents to signed by all parties.

Debi is originally from the Northwest, has lived in the Bay area for over 20 years and enjoys living in Livermore with her husband, and their Greyhound.
