Not only did Kathy sell our home FAST in a changing-unpredictable market, but she sold it for asking price! Given the constantly changing market, we didn’t know what to expect. Kathy knows the Northgate neighborhood and prices appropriately and honestly. She always responded to my inquiries promptly any time of day (or night). She’s also a great human with a wonderful sense of humor and a kind heart. Although our home selling process was emotionally difficult Kathy helped to make it easier.
