Our mid year market report is now available! A list of all 52 homes sold in Northgate year to through August 24, 2023.
By this time last year 98 homes had sold in Northgate, which means we've seen a 47% in home sales this year. And we've seen an 11% drop in average sale price. Even so, our prices are still above pre-pandemic sale prices (November 2019).
