Given Kathy’s presence in the neighborhood we were selling in, we didn’t consider anyone else. The experience of selling had changed A LOT since we last went through it, particularly the emphasis on staging. We took some convincing but it made a huge difference and Kathy helped make it as painless as possible. In the end the result was more than we hoped for.
