When we started our home buying search, we looked at several bay area neighborhoods and visited many homes.  From the moment we met Kathy at one of her open houses, we knew that we wanted to work with her on the process of purchasing our new home.  We focused on the Northgate area and with Kathy’s incredible patience, vast area knowledge and genuine support of all our family needs and wants, we found our dream home and neighborhood.  Kathy was always responsive, supportive and understanding of our challenges.  She genuinely cared about finding us the perfect home and her patience and guidance paid off.  We were also purchasing in a sellers market so we relied on her to be the driver for the deal and she did a fantastic job.  We are always thankful for having met and worked with her.  She made the purchase process seamless and as stress free as possible.
