We really can’t thank Kathy enough for everything she put into selling our house. We were continually impressed as we watched her market our house from day one to close. Frankly we were blown away by how great she is at what she does and feel every lucky to have worked with her. After the birth of our second child, we decided we wanted to live closer to family and thus would be selling our house a year after purchasing it. Because of our quick turnaround from purchase to sale, we went into this with tempered expectations and the outcome was far beyond what we expected. It’s entirely owed to Kathy!
