A Changing Market in 2025

In 2025, 118 homes were sold in Northgate. Compared to 2024, the market was slightly slower and more balanced, with:

  • Lower average sale prices

  • Slightly lower price per square foot

  • Longer average days on market

This reflected broader economic conditions and shifting buyer behavior, especially in the second half of the year.

What the Data Shows

Looking at the full year, a few patterns stood out:

  • Homes that were well-prepared and accurately priced tended to sell faster

  • Buyers were more selective, especially at higher price points

In a more balanced market, strategy and execution mattered more than ever.

How Our Projects Performed

Of the 118 homes sold in Northgate in 2025, The Northgate Team represented 25 sellers. On average, those homes sold for more per square foot and in fewer days than the neighborhood overall.
